Providing your appointed coordinator will have smartphone signal or access to WiFi at some stage during a 30 day period to upload your company data (mostly photographs) and download various emails from us so that relevant forms can be printed to facilitate toolbox/training meetings and enable employee signature (Paperless does not suffice and necessity for signatures is discussed in another FAQ below). A signal from your service provider or WiFi access on-site is not necessary as the app allows for the later transfer of photos and data when back online with WiFi access.
The app is designed to use very little data and bandwidth.

If your access to signal/WiFi services is less than once per 30 days, SafetyEvidence can accommodate, however, first explain your interval periods to support@safetyevidence.com so that we know and can prepare tasks up front.

SafetyEvidence reserves the right to not offer service to your business workplace or worksite if it is deemed to not be in the best interest of both parties.

For simplicity and reasons of brevity, much of this website makes reference to American acronyms. However, SafetyEvidence has virtual consultants spread across international jurisdictions that take safety & health matters seriously.

No. Your coordinator can be absolutely anyone, providing they know how to use a smartphone or tablet or notebook to take photographs. We’ve had situations where some owners let their 12-year-old child take the required photos. It’s that easy!

For the purposes of this website and for the sake of simplicity, United States OSHA is interchangeable with the following jurisdictions and acronyms which SafetyEvidence serves:

*In Australia, four States and two Territories have implemented WHS, namely New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (Qld), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (Tas), the Northern Territory (NT) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), whilst two States, being Victoria (Vic) and Western Australia (WA) have implemented their own variation.

**In the US, Twenty–six states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands have OSHA-approved State Plans. Twenty–two State Plans (21 states and one U.S. territory) cover both private and state and local government workplaces.
